1. Payment in full by card/debit or cheque payable to Halfords Ltd must be received for all orders when an agreed credit account has not been arranged and in all instances where the first order is being placed. We do not offer vouchers on sale or return basis.

2. Vouchers are normally dispatched within 24 hours of order receipt and will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Alternatively, Interlink may be used. Responsibility for the vouchers will pass to the customer upon delivery, and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.

3. Non-delivery of vouchers must be notified to Halfords Business Services as soon as possible and in any event within 72 hours of the order being placed. Any discrepancy in content or invoice values must be notified upon day of receipt.

4. Settlement terms for all approved accounts strictly 30 days from the date of invoice. Customers may forfeit agreed discount rates or the facility of an account for failure to meet these terms.

5. Halfords Ltd is under no liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers once responsibility has passed to the customer at time of delivery, whether or not they have been redeemed.

6. Use of any Halfords Ltd company trade marks on customer’s own materials is only permitted with written permission of Halfords Business Services.

7. Vouchers will not be sold to customers or third parties who intend to re sell them at discount rates.

8. Halfords Ltd reserves the right to decline the supply of vouchers to any customer who is in breach of any of the above Terms and Conditions of supply.

9. Conditions relating to the usage and redemption of vouchers are printed on the reverse of all vouchers supplied.


10. Data Protection Notice. Any personal date obtained will be held and processed in accordance with relevant legislation. Personal data will not be passed to any other organisation unless it is necessary to do so to fulfil obligations. You have a right to request access to your personal data held by Halfords at any time by writing to us. You should inform Halfords of any inaccuracy in your personal data in order that it may be rectified. Information held may be used by Halfords Ltd to send you details of products and services in which you may be interested. If you prefer this not to happen please tick box.


11. Halfords is aware of its rights under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (as amended by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002) to charge interest on late payments and reserves the right to exercise such rights.

12. Halfords shall be entitled to refuse to allow further purchases under any agreed credit facility if you are bankrupt or being an incorporated company become insolvent or make arrangement with your creditors, go into liquidation or have an administrative receiver or a receiver appointed over all of your assets or undertaking or have an administrator appointed.

13. As part of your application, we may make searches about your company at credit reference agencies that will supply credit information for use in assessment. We may also approach trade referees, which you have informed us about. We may use credit-scoring methods to assess the application. Any of this information may also be used for debt tracing and the prevention of money laundering and the management of our credit account.
